In case you haven’t heard the news, there have been TONS of big changes going on at Indian Ridge Properties throughout the past few months and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

We also have another custom home already sold and under construction as well! Needless to say it’s turning into a great year and we couldn’t be more thankful for all the support our community has received so far. The leaves are now starting to turn which means Fall is upon us. Here’s the lowdown on what’s going to be happening at Indian Ridge this Fall season.
– Park equipment was recently assembled for the “Little Indians Neighborhood Park” 2.
– Twenty-two grass carp were also put in the pond to help decrease moss/undergrowth. (The pond is catch and release). The pond has been excavated and re-seeded. There is going to be a beautiful fountain in the pond.
– As we said above, a two-bedroom has been sold and a basement is being dug on Seminole.
– There will be a ribbon cutting for the model home and “Little Indians Neighborhood Park” is set for October 9th.
