Rob and Julie Alexander – owners of Indian Ridge Properties – Piqua, Oh
A family-owned and operated business, Indian Ridge Properties is the only Piqua-based developer/builder in Piqua. The owners, Julie and Rob Alexander, are lifetime members of Piqua and have a strong sense of community and strong values.
The Alexanders take pride in following the goal of not simply building houses, but “creating homes for families while recognizing this is a personal experience and one of the biggest investments a family can make.”
For them, Indian Ridge is about the community itself as well. It’s one of the reasons throughout the past year they’ve been working to revamp the community via a number of new changes including a neighborhood park, construction of a brand-new model home for sale and more!
