Teeters Real Estate Investments, LLC and Indian Ridge Builders wish to share some exciting news.
Teeters Real Estate Investments, LLC has sold the remaining developed proper es within Indian Ridge as
well as the property platted for the future of the Indian Ridge Community to Zailand LLC.
Additionally, Indian Ridge Builders, is being sold to Maplewood Contractors.
Teeters Real Estate Investments LLC originally was owned by Dorwin Teeters who was one of the founders of the Indian Ridge Community back in the early 1990’s with the first phase opening in 1995. In 2014, Rob and Julie Alexander began overseeing the development of Indian Ridge and in 2019 The Pointe at Indian Ridge was created increasing the number of available new properties and further enhancing the values of the homes in our community. Since 2014 over fifty additional families have come to Piqua and made new homes in Indian Ridge. Currently, Indian Ridge is home to over 215 families and is the premier community in the Piqua area.
Indian Ridge Builders owned by Rob and Julie Alexander has been the exclusive builder in Indian Ridge for over 10 years. Alexander, a third-generation builder, has developed a reputation for building custom, quality homes with integrity.
Zailand LLC. and Maplewood Contractors, LLC. are both owned by James Zaiger and Hans Landes who have roots in the local area, are committed to preserving the legacy of Indian Ridge. Maplewood Contractors and Indian Ridge Builders, under new ownership, will collaborate in developing and building in Indian Ridge, ensuring a promising future ahead.
Alexander shared, “We are very excited about this opportunity. James, along with his brother-in-law, is positioned to seamlessly continue the legacy and traditions at Indian Ridge. We are confident in Zailand’s plans for our community, as James and Hans consistently deliver work of the highest quality and integrity, which reflects the values we have built upon thus far. James is a reputable developer and home builder. We are thrilled to have a younger, experienced professional with a fresh vision to lead and carry forward the legacy established by Dorwin 
and Doris in the early 90s.”
The Teeters and Zaiger/Landes families have a strong foundation in faith. This journey started just a few months ago when James and Rob first met by chance months ago on an open lot at Indian Ridge. They are feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for this opportunity. The Alexanders can’t wait to witness the positive impact James and Hans will make in our wonderful community.
